Seasonal Employment

This is a seasonal position supporting our temporary Terre Haute operation. Employment is expected to run from September 8th through January 1st. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to earn competitive pay during the holiday delivery season while gaining valuable delivery experience.

Schedule

• Typical 4-day workweek
• Start Time: 11:20AM
• Delivery routes generally last 8–10 hours
• New hires are expected to work both Saturday and Sunday, plus two weekdays, for the first 30 days.

What You'll Do

• Must operate delivery van safely and obey traffic laws at all times
• Deliver Amazon packages safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload packages.
• Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery information.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Work independently while contributing to a strong team culture.
• Drive safely in a variety of weather and road conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening (cannabis is not tested)
• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to repeatedly enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the day
• Ability to work independently while maintaining safety and productivity standards
