Job description:

Mandatory: Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation, APEX, PL/SQL

Strong hands-on Oracle APEX development experience with expert-level PL/SQL and SQL skills.
Must have solid experience with Oracle Cloud Incentive Compensation, including compensation plans, transactions, calculations, rules, and payments.
Experience developing complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.
Strong troubleshooting, integration, and production support experience across Oracle applications.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable APEX and Oracle solutions and work independently with business and technical teams.
