[Remote] Snowflake Solution Strategist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Elios AI is a data and analytics advisory firm that helps mid-market and enterprise companies get real value from their data platforms. They are seeking a Snowflake Solution Strategist to lead technical discovery, design solutions, and partner with account executives throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with prospective clients to understand their data landscape, pain points, and goals
• Design Snowflake-centered solutions and translate them into proposals, demos, and proof-of-concept builds
• Run compelling product demonstrations that speak to both business and technical stakeholders
• Partner with account executives throughout the sales cycle, owning the technical narrative from first call to close
• Scope engagements and contribute to statements of work with realistic effort, timeline, and architecture assumptions
• Act as the bridge between the client's business objectives and the delivery team who will build it
• Stay current on the Snowflake ecosystem and adjacent tools so recommendations hold up

Skills

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a client-facing consulting role tied to data platforms
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including how it's architected, priced, and positioned against alternatives
• A track record of translating technical capability into business value for non-technical buyers
• Strong presentation and discovery skills; you can command a room and read what a client actually needs
• Comfort scoping work and setting expectations that delivery teams can deliver against
• Familiarity with the broader modern data stack (ELT tools, BI, data governance) is a plus
