Job Description:
Help develop and deliver Oncology training for commercial field representatives
Maintain subject matter expertise in disease states, products, and therapeutic areas
Develop and execute training programs and initiatives with minimal guidance
Design and enhance curriculum for the Commercial organization
Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Medical, and Regulatory to ensure medical content accuracy and promotional-policy compliance
Manage vendors and contract requirements for training content
Perform project management during training-content development
Lead training meetings, including planning, logistics, vendor monitoring, and participant conduct
Partner with Marketing, Precision Medicine, and Commercial Leadership to align training with brand objectives and roll out materials to field colleagues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to provide effective training solutions and deliverables
Align training strategy and tactics with partner-company colleagues
Build trust and credibility with business partners through regular interaction
Support field sales through participation in sales meetings and routine field rides
Design and lead training work sessions at National Sales and POA Meetings
Maintain facilitation-skills expertise for training-content delivery
Assess training needs for clinical fluency and development competencies and provide feedback for innovation
Report to the Associate Director of Training
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor's degree
5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience preferred
Training, Marketing, or Sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred
Knowledge of Medical Oncology and Gynecologic Oncology preferred
Experience developing training tools to enhance clinical acumen is a plus
Knowledge of adult learning principles, training design concepts, and platforms is a plus
Exceptional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders at different organizational levels
High professionalism and ability to work in a complex cross-functional environment
Ability to work in an unstructured environment
Strategic insight to dedicate time to important initiatives
Exceptional oral presentation and executive leadership communication skills
Excellent learning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to self-motivate and perform effectively with minimal supervision
Familiarity with AI and innovative technology platforms (iPad) and MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerAutomate is highly desirable
Ability to travel 50% of the time
