State Side (US located) Monday.com Expert: Migrate Monday Work Management into Monday CRM

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Monday.com Expert to lead the migration of our current Monday Work Management product into our new Monday.com CRM product. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Monday Work Management and CRM skilled at setting up automations, forms, and tailoring the new CRM to our sales pipeline needs, ensuring seamless transition and integration of project data. We will also need training for our team once complete.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end migration of project management boards into CRM platforms, ensuring data integrity and process continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed requirements, define migration scope.
• Set up of all needed automations and integrations both native and internal to our CRM across Sales and Project Management boards.
• Oversee release management activities ensuring timely delivery of migrated project boards with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
• Provide training to the team once completed.

• Extensive experience with Monday.com Pro core product lines.
• Specializes in Monday automations and integrations, both native and external.
• Skilled in Zapier.
• Creation of forms.
• Website integration.
• Monday CRM Sales pipeline needs.
• Native Email and CRM Sequencing.
• Can provide effective training to our sales team of 5.

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
