About MyThorneAI
MyThorneAI is a career-readiness platform designed to help students explore careers, develop employment skills, prepare for future opportunities, and build greater confidence about life after high school.
We are expanding our direct-to-family services and are looking for energetic, community-minded Community Brand Ambassadors to introduce MyThorneAI to parents, homeschool families, students, and organizations across the United States.
About the Role
As a Community Brand Ambassador, your primary goal will be to generate new MyThorneAI customers by building relationships with families and communities that can benefit from our career-readiness platform.
This is a flexible, remote, part-time position that combines community outreach, relationship building, customer education, and sales.
You will have the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on the number of new paying customers you generate.
What You'll Do
- Introduce MyThorneAI to parents, students, and homeschool families
- Generate new B2C customer le and paid subscriptions
- Build relationships with homeschool communities, co-ops, parent groups, youth organizations, and family-focused organizations
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, social media, community networking, and virtual meetings
- Share MyThorneAI resources with prospective families
- Explain available subscription options and help families select the appropriate plan
- Conduct virtual demonstrations when needed
- Follow up with interested parents and prospective customers
- Develop referral opportunities within local and online communities
- Identify potential partnerships with homeschool and youth organizations
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, le, follow-ups, and customer enrollments
- Work toward weekly and monthly customer acquisition goals
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations
- Comfortable speaking with parents and families
- Interested in education, career readiness, youth development, or workforce development
- Familiar with homeschool, parent, school, or community networks
- Comfortable using social media and online communities for outreach
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Organized and consistent with follow-up
- Comfortable working toward measurable performance goals
- Excited about helping young people prepare for their futures
Experience in sales, customer service, education, admissions, recruiting, community outreach, marketing, or business development is helpful but not required.
Experience with homeschool families or homeschool communities is strongly preferred.
Schedule
- 10–15 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Remote position
- Some evening availability may be helpful for communicating with parents and attending virtual events
Compensation
- $14/hour base pay
- Commission for new paid MyThorneAI subscriptions
- Monthly customer acquisition bonuses
- Customer retention incentives
- Additional performance-based earning opportunities
Full commission and bonus details will be provided during the interview process.

Successful Community Brand Ambassadors consistently:
- Generate new prospective customer conversations
- Build relationships within parent and homeschool communities
- Follow up with interested families
- Convert qualified prospects into paying MyThorneAI subscribers
